Here is the deal if You want negotiations with me -- and THIS is going to be a process, a peace process:

1) The ~ADF-Fuensalido troll account must be banned by DA staff first for violating my copyright -- no exceptions to this rule, period. Any Troll Account created after ADF-Fuensalido I will not associate with you -- However, I will deal with them separately along the lines I see fit and report them to DA staff if they violate the copyright of

2) Once the Troll account ~ADF-Fuensalido its banned and dealt with by DA staff, I will unblock you -- I shall officially inform you of its banning before I unblock you.

3) Knowing DA, Conditions 1 and 2 will take time -- maybe even a couple of days -- so pack plenty of patience. Also, I am in the middle of interviewing for a store transfer to a Wawa in Downtown Philadelphia with various stores -- I do have a Life Outside DeviantART, just as you have a job yourself

4) DO NOT POST ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT ME! Doing so will automatically terminate the negotiations process without any warning -- I domicile in Philadelphia, PA -- Nowhere else.

5) We will communicate via DA notes ONLY (No Exceptions) -- These communications are to be kept in civil decorum -- Please refrain from any foul language or anti-LGBT derogatory terms

Also, you must inform your watchers via a Journal Entry and a YouTube Video that negotiations are in progress between you and ADF-Fuensalida, I must also do the same too (A Journal and Youtube Video also for myself)

6) During our negotiations, We will be re-negotiating the current Characters Agreement of 4 January 2009 -- The current agreement as it is currently constructed is intended to erase any historical ties I had with your characters nor does the argeement encourages future peace on either side, you did after all allow me to draw your characters from September 2005 to September 2008 -- You need to come to terms with this fact

7) Any Final Status Agreement with regards to Kourine must include the following conditions:

7A) -- The Coloring of =Ryosuke01 's Lineart of Kourine Narumi must be allowed to remain in my gallery, In return, I will officially retract all claims you were my girlfriend

7B) -- The Normalization of Relations between the two of us -- We will re-watch each other after Condition 7A is fulfilled, Normalization of relations with ~Gamersdan will be concluded in a separate peace agreement --

7C) -- I Must Be Permitted to keep a Maximum of 17 Kourine Narumi Fanarts in my gallery, the =Ryosuke01 lineart coloring inclusive of that maximum number (This is part of the Historical Acknowledgment I was allowed to draw your characters)

please stop harassing him, try talking civilly to him. DA is not for trolling or harassment. please, as a fellow DA member, please work it out civilly instead of through hate and violence. i don't care how you or he feel with all of this stuff between you but you're acting immature by acting this way. also, i'm not saying that either of you are angels, we're all human. we all mistakes so please respond politely or not at all to my comment please.
